PNCC Proposal PI's can add new participants in the PNCC User Portal after the one month post approval probationary period. They will need to navigate to "Proposals / Projects" page and find the proposal number that they are interested in adding participants to. Upon clicking the proposal number or title they will be redirected, head from the "details" tab to the "participant" tab and select the "+ Add Participant" button. This will create a pop-up where PIs can search for the name(s) of the individual(s) to add. Enter the participant's name and click the "Search" Button. If the participants name is not listed this is because they have not yet created an account on the PNCC User Portal. If the name is listed, click the add person icon to the right of their name. Once selected, the window will redirect to participant user access questions. Complete those questions and select the "OK" to save all changes.
All participants are required to acknowledge an User Agreement after being added.
If participants are added accidentally or need to be changed to a Co-PI or PNCC Compute participant, please contact the User Office.
