Now that your proposal has been approved, you will need to attend an onboarding meeting. It is required that new and returning labs have one user attend the onboarding meeting after proposal approval. That user is than asked to disperse what they learned to their group.
Screening Access: We recommend contacting your assigned SPOC (Scientific Point of Contact) shortly after approval. They will discuss your next steps as well as trouble shoot issues you maybe having with your sample. Reach out to your SPOC at support@pncc.online.
General Access: Once users have physically created grids, they should also create them in the PNCC User Portal. This is where all details relating to your proposal can be found. Direct yourself to the "Manage Grids" option in the left hand menu. Create your grids completing all required details and save. From there you will want to initiate a shipment with the "Schedule Shipment" option. Complete the required questions and print off the shipment details page produced at the end of the process. For additional steps please see our shipping directions. After grids have been received at PNCC, you are now free to place a session request in the user portal. This is done in the "Schedule Experiments" option in the left hand menu. After placing this request you will receive an email your SPOC or other PNCC personnel will contact you with. This is a great avenue to further ask your SPOC any questions you might have.
