This is done so that PNCC can distribute our services, training, and expertise to the community as equitably as possible. The extent to which this prioritization will affect your PNCC project will vary depending on the access mechanism, the current project workload at PNCC, and the current operational capacity of the facility (factoring instrument downtime for repair or upgrades).
