In order to change your email please follow the below instructions:
1. Navigate to your profile by clicking the "My Profile" link in the upper right corner of the Portal home page
2. Swap to the "Professional" information tab within your profile
3. Scroll down and change your email address to the new one you are wanting to use and click "Submit All Changes"
4**. If the system doesn't log you out, click the "Sign Out" button in the upper right corner of the screen to get back to the PNCC Login page
NOTE: When navigating to the PNCC Login page you might get a popup asking you to sign in, click cancel to close it
5. Towards the bottom of the Login page click the "Register" text next to "New User?"
6. Fill out this form using the new email you are changing to (the email used in step 3)
7. Click "Register" at the bottom
8. You should now be logged back into your account within the portal
** If the system either a) doesn't let you log out in step 4, or b) your navigated to a registration page instead of the login page, please clear the cookies of your browser. Below are the instructions on how to do this:
- (for Google Chrome) please click the three dots in the upper right corner
- Click on settings
- On the left panel click "Privacy and Security"
- Click on "Clear Browsing Data"
- Make sure the drop down for "Time Range" has been adjusted to "All Time"
- You only need to have "Cookies and other site data" checked
- Click Clear data and wait for the process to finish
- Close your browser application, and reopen it
- Navigate to https://pnccportal.labworks.org and login to PNCC then proceed with steps 5-8
