PNCC requires clipped grids. PNCC will clip grids for proposals if groups are high/medium (see prioritization). Received unclipped grids" will not be loaded by PNCC, this would result in return of grids to the user or discard. Users should NOT be shipping unclipped grids to PNCC without prior discussion.
