Not currently. However we do required that all participants be listed on the proposal at the time of submission. These participants should be those expected to work on the proposal for the first six months. This ensures that all users have knowingly agreed to PNCC's User Agreement.
Our proposal types are setup to have a "main" PI, co-PI(s), and any number of participants. We require anyone contacting PNCC regarding approved proposals be added to the proposal to communicate with them.
