If the dataset is older than 30 days it has been archived from our staging location, users need to use the PNCC User portal to get their data after one month.
Users can find their data at: https://pnccportal.labworks.org/Portal/get_data
Find the pertaining project, and instrument for the session desired. When clicking on the instrument of interest, it will direct to: https://status.my.emsl.pnnl.gov/pnnl (login credentials for EMSL and the PNCC User are the same). If the data is newer than 30 days and you are not able to find the data listed, please contact our Data team at data@pncc.online for troubleshooting. If this is your first time accessing Globus and you are having issues please review your Globus ID for accuracy before contacting the Data team.
